Please keep the following in mind once you receive notification that your order has been shipped.
GAP does not cover the costs associated with returns if you either reject your package due to duties/taxes or if you fail to check the tracking and do not collect your order from the collection point, before it is returned to us.
If you are charged duties, please pay them and email us the receipt for reimbursement up to $100 AUD.
Once you receive shipping notification from us, you are responsible for checking your tracking regularly and should you notice that your order is at a collection point, you should have it collected immediately or contact the collection point, as it is often returned to us after only 5 days. If returned to us, you are liable for all of the costs including return postage, rejection fee and administration costs. You must also pay for the order to be reshipped as your order cannot be cancelled.

Kooshy kids Team are amazing, very prompt and transparent in their communications in regards to delivery orders. The self-inflating kooshion only took less than 2mins to inflate and also to deflate and packed away. It’s very high quality and comfortable. I can’t wait to use it in the air. My next purchase would be the headband earphones ☺️
We just took our little ones on flights from Brisbane to London- we had an 8hr flight where we didn’t use the self inflatable kooshy klouds, and a 14hr flight where we did, and the difference in sleep between those two flights was incredible! With the kooshy klouds, the kids slept for so long and they slept so well. They were able to sprawl out and I was even able to sit at an angle and pop my feet up on them for a bit which was so nice. They inflate so quickly and are pretty quiet. They pack down small and are lightweight for carry in luggage. Honestly an absolutely game changer for long haul flights! Customer service was also amazing- I had to contact them after receiving the product and was met with understanding from a real person who cared! 100% would reccomend.
The self inflating device within the kooshion is a game changer. so easy and seamless.
The self inflating and deflating option made life very simple and easy. For a child that have sensory needs and needs to have touch pressure, long flights can be a challenge, this cushion allows them to sleep, sit crossed leg and play/ relax much easier. Look forward to using it more
I have just received and tested my Kooshion and I am so pleased. The quality is amazing and it’s so easy to put up and down. Being in the UK, I was really quite nervous about ordering from Australia but having Global Assurance Pass was just an amazing peace of mind that any extra or hidden export charges were taken care of. This, along with Kooshy Kids outstanding customer service, made it an easy and confident order from overseas.
