By purchasing from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Disclaimer of Liability
1.1 General Disclaimer
Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or linked websites. This disclaimer is not limited or modified by any of the specific disclaimers below.
1.2 Specific Warnings and Disclaimer
We acknowledge your non-excludable rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar State and Territory laws. These rights are not excluded, but all other implied warranties are.
Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage to your computer systems due to use of this website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accept no responsibility for outdated or inaccurate information.
Liability is limited to the replacement or payment of goods and services in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Termination of access does not affect any existing disclaimers or limitations of liability.
2. Payments
All credit/debit card transactions on our site are secure and encrypted. We do not store card information. Payments are processed by Shopify, AfterPay, and PayPal under their own privacy policies.
3. Exchanges, Returns, Warranty
3.1 Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for order cancellations due to change of mind or other reason, including changes to travel plans.
3.2 Order Cancellations
Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd may cancel an order at any time and issue a refund, including for dispatched orders for any reason.
3.3 Product Inspection and Warranty Registration
You must inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery. Register your warranty [here]. Defects or missing items must be reported within this window to be eligible for replacement unless otherwise covered under warranty.
3.4 Delivery Timing
We are not responsible for products not arriving in time for travel. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Express/next-day shipping must be confirmed prior to purchase.
3.5 Accepted Airline Money Back Guarantee
If an airline listed as "Accepted" at the time of your travel denies use of our product despite correct usage, you may be eligible for a store credit for the inflatable portion only (excludes pumps, shipping, other items). Proof must include screenshots of the airline being listed at the time of travel and can all be uploaded using the form [here]. Airlines listed as "Crew's Discretion" or "Not Yet Approved" are excluded.
3.6 Promotional Pricing
Discounts and sales cannot be applied to previous orders.
3.7 Vouchers
Purchased vouchers are valid for 3 years. Promotional or competition-issued vouchers are valid until the date stated and may not be extended.
3.8 Competitions
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a store credit.
3.9 Health & Safety Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on masks, headphones, or the Premium Kooshy Kloud due to hygiene reasons.
3.10 Store Credit and Admin Fees
Approved returns or cancellations may be exchanged for store credit minus postage and a $25 admin fee.
3.11 Free Gifts
Free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty and may be substituted without notice. Their value is $0.00 for warranty/claims purposes.
3.12 Accidental Damage Cover
Available at purchase only. Covers Kooshy Kids inflatable products with valid warranty registration. One replacement allowed within selected coverage period for accidental punctures or wear and tear. Excludes theft, heat/fire exposure, and damage without warranty registration.
To claim: Email info@kooshykids.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and evidence of damage. This cover is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3.13 Store Credits
Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended beyond this period. Customers will receive a reminder email three (3) days before the credit expires.
Store credits can only be redeemed online at www.kooshykids.com.au and are not valid for use at the Kooshy Kids Melbourne Airport Store or any other retail location.
Store credits are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.
Improper use or unsupervised use of Kooshy Kids products is at your own risk. You indemnify Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd from any claims arising from misuse. Always use our products in accordance with safety guidelines.
5. Risk and Delivery
5.1 Title and Risk
Ownership passes on full payment and delivery. Risk transfers to the customer when the product is handed to a courier.
5.2 Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays or non-collection of orders. Customers must contact the courier directly. Tracking links are emailed upon dispatch. Orders marked ATL (Authority to Leave) are left at the customer’s risk unless "NO ATL" is noted.
5.3 Transit Cover / GAP
Available for purchase. Covers loss/damage during transit, not delays. If covered, replacements or credit notes will be issued. Refunds are not provided. Rejected international orders due to unpaid taxes/duties or uncollected packages are not covered. Reshipment will incur all related costs.
5.4 Trading Days
Our warehouse operates on business days (Monday to Friday) and is closed on weekends and Queensland public holidays (Gold Coast region).
6. Third-Party Products
Third-party items are clearly labelled and are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd provides contact assistance only and does not cover warranties or claims for third-party items.
7. Privacy
By providing your information, you agree to receive marketing and allow Kooshy Kids to personalise your experience. We never share your data without consent, except where required by law or where internal functions are outsourced. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Pre-Orders
Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may change. Orders are packed upon arrival of pre-order stock. Initial tracking may show as "awaiting collection" or "pending" until dispatch is complete.
9. Priority Processing
Customers may choose to purchase a Priority Processing Upgrade at checkout.
Where all items in an order are in stock and the order is received by 10:00am AEST on a business day, the order will be dispatched the same business day.
Where all items in an order are in stock and the order is received after 10:00am AEST on a business day, the order will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders containing pre-order items are not eligible for same day or next day dispatch until stock is received by us. Once stock becomes available, these orders will be placed in the priority queue and dispatched before standard orders.The Priority Processing Upgrade does not remove or shorten pre-order lead times.
10. Self-Service Portal
You may modify your order using our portal until dispatch. Price reductions will not be refunded. Price increases must be paid to complete changes.
11. Shipping and Taxes
11.1 Processing Times
Orders usual process within 1–2 business days, but up to 10 business days during peak times. Pre-orders ship upon stock arrival.
11.2 GAP for International Orders
GAP includes coverage for import taxes up to AUD $100, and transit cover. GAP must be purchased at checkout. Claims must be submitted with receipts within 72 hours of delivery.
11.3 Rejected Parcels
Rejected or returned international parcels without GAP are not refunded. Reshipment requires payment of return postage ($45 AUD), original shipping, and reshipment fees.
11.4 Delays
Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
12. Safe Use of Products
12.1 Supervision
All products must be used under direct adult supervision. The child's seatbelt must remain fastened during use.
12.2 Seat Placement
Children should not be placed under tray tables. Follow our Plane Seat Guide for approved usage.
12.3 Age Recommendations
Sky Bunk is suitable for children aged 2+. Always follow SIDS safe sleep guidelines, particularly with infants using Kooshy Kloud or Sky Bunk.
13. Use of Media
By sending or tagging Kooshy Kids in photos, videos, or reviews, you grant permission for us to use this content for marketing and educational purposes. To opt out, explicitly state this at the time of submission.
14. Black Friday Sale 2025
14.1 Sale Period
The Kooshy Kids Black Friday Sale 2025 commences at 8:00 PM AEDT on Thursday, 6 November 2025.

Between 8:00 PM and 8:50 PM AEDT, customers will receive 50% off sitewide.

From 8:50 PM AEDT onwards, the discount automatically adjusts to 40% off sitewide for the remainder of the event.
All sale times correspond to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). Equivalent start times in other major time zones are provided on the Kooshy Kids website for reference.
14.2 Discount Code
To access the Black Friday discounts, customers must enter the code BLACKFRIDAY25 at checkout. All other discount codes and offers will be temporarily disabled during the sale period and will automatically reactivate on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively before or during the sale, and we are unable to refund the difference if a code was not entered at checkout.
14.3 Free Gift Offer
Customers who spend $175 AUD or more in one transaction (excluding shipping, Priority Processing, and Transit Cover) will receive one complimentary Luxe Crossbody Travel Bag (crafted from premium cruelty-free leather), while stocks last.
The gift will be automatically added to qualifying orders. Once sold out, Kooshy Kids reserves the right to substitute the free gift with a comparable item or end the promotion without notice.
Free gifts hold a value of $0.00 for claims, returns, or warranty purposes.
14.4 Exclusions and Limitations

Sale discounts and free gifts are valid only for orders placed during the Black Friday Sale period and cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.

The Black Friday Sale is exclusive to online purchases at www.kooshykids.com.au and does not apply in-store.

Kooshy Kids gift cards may be used to purchase during the sale.
14.5 Returns and Warranty

Sale items are covered by our standard warranty policy.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Faulty items may be assessed in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
14.6 Order Modifications
Orders may be modified prior to dispatch using the Order Edit Portal at www.kooshykids.com.au/edit.
Changes cannot be made after dispatch. Price adjustments due to sale pricing are not available.
14.7 Processing and Shipping Times
Due to high demand, order processing may take up to 10 business days.
Customers may purchase Priority Processing ($35) to move their order to the front of the queue and select Express Post for the fastest delivery.
Kooshy Kids is not responsible for courier or customs delays. Updated processing times are available on our Shipping Page.
14.8 Orders Not Arriving in Time for Travel
Kooshy Kids does not offer refunds for orders delayed by couriers or that do not arrive in time for travel. Customers are encouraged to review processing and shipping timeframes prior to purchase.
14.9 Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products are clearly labelled on their product pages, including an estimated warehouse arrival date.
Dispatch occurs once stock arrives and processing is complete. The estimated date refers to warehouse arrival, not customer delivery.
14.10 Sold-Out Items and Restocks
Some popular products may restock later in November or December 2025; however, restocks are not guaranteed. Once an item sells out and no preorder option is listed, it is unlikely to be restocked within the calendar year.
14.11 International Orders
International shipping remains available during the sale. Delivery times vary by country and may be extended due to global Black Friday demand.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
14.12 Fairness Policy
Kooshy Kids does not apply sale prices or free gifts to orders placed outside of the official sale period. This policy ensures fairness to all customers participating during the event.
Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
