Thank you for choosing Kooshy Kids! To activate your warranty and ensure coverage, please register your product as soon as possible. Here’s why and how to do it:

Why You Need to Register:

  1. Activation of Warranty:

    • Essential for Coverage: Registering your product is mandatory to activate your warranty. Without registration, the warranty is not valid.
    • Proof of Purchase: Registration confirms your purchase and is required for any future warranty claims.
  2. Coverage Details:

    • Warranty Period: Our Kooshion, Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk, Kooshy Kloud, Self-Inflating Kooshion, and Self-Inflating Sky Bunk come with a Lifetime Warranty. All other products come with a 6 month warranty. 
    • What’s Covered: We may repair or replace faulty products within the warranty period, or offer store credit if the product is no longer required or available.
  3. Validation Requirements:

    • Original Purchaser Only: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
    • Proper Usage: The product must be used according to our guidelines and with reasonable care.
  4. Exclusions and Conditions:

    • Non-Covered Situations: Our warranty does not cover change of mind, airline usage issues, incorrect fit, or delivery delays.
    • Misuse and Wear: Damages due to misuse or wear and tear, especially zips, are not covered.
    • Non-Kooshy Kids Products: Items from other brands sold on our website may have their own manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered by Kooshy Kids.

How to Register:

  1. Fill Out the Registration Form: Complete the necessary details on our registration page for the specific product you purchased.
  2. Include Purchase Information: Have your order details handy, as they are required to complete the registration.
  3. Submit the Form: After submission, your warranty will be activated, and you’ll be covered under our terms and conditions.

Additional Information:

  • No Warranty for Gifts or Free Items: Products given as gifts or promotional items are not covered under the warranty.

  • Warranty Process for Claims:

    • Initial Steps: Contact us via email with photos or videos to support your claim.
    • Assessment: We may ask for the product to be returned or further images and videos to assess the claim.
    • Resolution: If valid, we’ll repair, replace, or provide store credit for the product.
  • Return of Non-Covered Products: If a product is found to be outside the warranty scope, it will be returned to you at your cost.
