Warehouse - Pick/Packing

📍Currumbin Waters

The Opportunity

Kooshy Kids, the global leader in family travel comfort solutions, is seeking a dynamic and efficient person to join our vibrant warehouse team in Currumbin Waters. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Manage end-to-end order processes including order verification, label and pick slip printing, packing orders, manifesting, and coordination with postal services.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Maintain an immaculate warehouse environment - tidying, organising, removing rubbish etc. 
  • Customer service:  Assistance with attending to emails and phone calls regarding operations/orders.
  • Other duties: As required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Customer Service experience (in store or ecommerce).
  • Experience in warehouse or retail environment is desirable, but not a requirement 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work productively, minimising errors.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be capable of safely handling and moving merchandise, including lifting boxes as part of regular duties.
  • This role involves standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks in a warm, ventilated warehouse environment.
  • Candidates should consider their ability to perform these tasks without risk to their health, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions affecting their ability to lift or stand for prolonged periods.

    Benefits

    • $32-$34 per hour depending on experience (+ superannuation)
    • Paid weekly
    • Availability is required in April, May, June and November as these are typically our busiest months.
