The following information relates to shipping both within Australia and around the world.
*Please note that due to Black Friday sale the Australia Post network are experiencing some delays. Processing times for Kooshy Kids may increase to up to 10 days. Please select Priority & then Express Post if you require your order urgently.*
Regular Post - please allow 4-6 business days for shipping, plus time for processing your order. (WA, NT & FNQ please allow an additional 2-4 business days).
Express Post -please allow 1-3 business days for shipping, plus time for processing. (WA, NT & FNQ, please allow an additional 1-2 business days).
Priority Express- your order will 'jump the queue' and be prioritised and dispatched via Express Post on the same business day if ordered before 10am AEST (or next business day if ordered after 10am AEST).
Startrack Next Day Express - your order will be picked up from us on the same day (if ordered by 10am AEST on a business day) and delivered to you next business day. (This service may take an additional business day for non-metro deliveries).
International Orders - please allow 8-20 business days for Regular International Post and 4-8 business days for Express International Post.
NZ is usually within 10 business days for Regular and 5 business for Express.
For international orders (delivered outside of Australia), you may be required to pay custom and import taxes when the order arrives in your country. Please read information on GAP below.
For USA orders, please visit our USA site - www.kooshykids.com, where orders are typically delivered within 3 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: The above times are estimates only and can be affected by many factors. If your order is urgent, please email us prior to placing your order and await confirmation from us to ensure that we are able to process your order quickly. Please ensure that you choose Express or Priority Post if you have upcoming travel. We are unable to change your order to Express once it has been processed or refund your order should it not arrive in time for its intended purpose.
If your order has not arrived, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and liaise with the carrier for updates. We are unable to assist with delivery information once your order leaves us.
Tracking showing as "pending" or "awaiting pickup" are with Australia Post and are yet to be scanned.

Authority to Leave
All orders are automatically ticked with ATL (authority to leave) with Australia Post. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please make a note of this under "order notes". (PLEASE WRITE 'NO ATL').
If you have ordered an item that is on preorder, all of your items will be sent together once the preorder item/s are in stock. If you would like the order to be split into two deliveries, please email us and we will arrange an invoice for the additional shipping fee.
Processing is the time it takes for us to pack and send your order. Although we try to dispatch on the same day for orders received before 12pm AEST, this may be affected by the number of orders there are to process, or other factors. During peak periods such as during Sale events, processing time can be 1-2 weeks.
As always, if your order is urgent, please email us (and await a response) prior to placing it, so that we can be sure that we can process it in time for you. Choosing "Priority Express" guarantees that your order jumps the queue and is packed first.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and size of your order, method of shipping selected and your location.
Free shipping is offered for shipping within Australia where your cart exceeds $150. It must exceed $150 after any applied discount/s to qualify as free. This is regular postage only, so if you require your items faster than the regular times above, you should select Express or Priority. Please be advised that we are unable to change your order to Express once your order has been processed.
When it comes to international shipping, we extend our services to customers around the world. However, it's important to note that for orders being shipped outside of Australia, customers assume the responsibility of covering any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost at the time of purchase. We recommend that customers familiarise themselves with their local customs regulations and associated costs to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.
We offer GAP- Global Assurance Pass, which is a fee that you can pay, ensuring that we are responsible to cover all customs, taxies and duties, regular shipping and postage insurance.
