Please keep the following in mind once you receive notification that your order has been shipped.
GAP does not cover the costs associated with returns if you either reject your package due to duties/taxes or if you fail to check the tracking and do not collect your order from the collection point, before it is returned to us.
If you are charged duties, please pay them and email us the receipt for reimbursement up to $100 AUD.
Once you receive shipping notification from us, you are responsible for checking your tracking regularly and should you notice that your order is at a collection point, you should have it collected immediately or contact the collection point, as it is often returned to us after only 5 days. If returned to us, you are liable for all of the costs including return postage, rejection fee and administration costs. You must also pay for the order to be reshipped as your order cannot be cancelled.
