I wasn’t expecting to be as impressed with this as I was! Folds away so small and the speed that it inflates is impressive!!
We had one happy and comfortable boy for two long haul flights. When it’s time for tray tables up and things to be stowed away, I released the valve, rolled it up and popped it back in the carry bag it came with.
Will be taking this on every flight, even if it’s just me! I think even to half inflate for an adult to have a comfortable sitting position would be amazing.

Used these on a 6 hour flight with Virgin Aus for my 2y/o and 4y/o. Quick and easy to set up. Both had naps on the plane. Also stopped them from getting up from their seats as there were so comfy. Virgin website states they can only be used on a window seat but I used both side to side the whole flight without a problem. It does add extra weight to your carry on but totally worth it.
The Self-Inflating Kooshion is AMAZING! So compact and easy to inflate! It helped our 6 year old to be comfortable on the flight when awake, to get to sleep when tired and to stay asleep for longer. Definitely, definitely recommend!

With my infant being a little bit too big for the airline bassinet, decided to give the self inflating cushion a try and it works like a charm. Inflates quickly and deflates even faster. Couldn't hear it on my flight when inflating. My bub is now able to stretch his legs on the flight while sleeping and we won't bother him when getting up to go to the toilet. Thanks Kooshy Kids for making my travelling life so much easier!
