Really happy with the Self-Inflating Kooshy Sky Bed. I ordered it on Nov 12th, it shipped the next day and arrived in Europe on Nov 28th, which was within the given time frame. So far, we've used it on 2 ten-hour night flights with my 2.5 year old. He liked it so much we ended up keeping it inflated, even when he was awake and playing. We've tried the Stokke Jetbed in the past, but this is way better. Set up is really as easy as they say and it stays in position on it's own but the seatbelt pass-through design gives it extra security. (Our main 2 complaints about the Stokke one.) I also, really appreciated that there was still space under the seat to store things. Also, it's easy to clean while in transit which, unfortunately, became really important. Our child threw up on one of the flights and luckily we could just wipe it clean with wipes. I was a bit hesitant to buy because of the cost, but it was well worth it. I can see using it for several more years.

Flying with kids used to be a nightmare of trying to get comfortable and constantly picking up dropped toys, all leading to us feeling exhausted. We used this for our 3 yr old for our recent trip to east coast USA to visit grandparents and it was a lifesaver. Our son manage to get lots of sleep on our flights and it was quick and easy to set up and pack down.
We had success on United, Southwest, American Airlines and Qantas (though on the Qantas flight we got told it wasn’t allowed about 3/4 of the way through the flight; fortunately our son had already had his big sleep so it was no problem).
