Please keep the following in mind once you receive notification that your order has been shipped.
GAP does not cover the costs associated with returns if you either reject your package due to duties/taxes or if you fail to check the tracking and do not collect your order from the collection point, before it is returned to us.
If you are charged duties, please pay them and email us the receipt for reimbursement up to $100 AUD.
Once you receive shipping notification from us, you are responsible for checking your tracking regularly and should you notice that your order is at a collection point, you should have it collected immediately or contact the collection point, as it is often returned to us after only 5 days. If returned to us, you are liable for all of the costs including return postage, rejection fee and administration costs. You must also pay for the order to be reshipped as your order cannot be cancelled.

The self inflating and deflating option made life very simple and easy. For a child that have sensory needs and needs to have touch pressure, long flights can be a challenge, this cushion allows them to sleep, sit crossed leg and play/ relax much easier. Look forward to using it more
I have just received and tested my Kooshion and I am so pleased. The quality is amazing and it’s so easy to put up and down. Being in the UK, I was really quite nervous about ordering from Australia but having Global Assurance Pass was just an amazing peace of mind that any extra or hidden export charges were taken care of. This, along with Kooshy Kids outstanding customer service, made it an easy and confident order from overseas. Their replies to email were pretty much instant, which gave me extra peace of mind, whilst being so far away. Would definitely recommend this company and Global Assurance Pass.
