What discounts are available during the sale?

Why isn’t my discount code working at checkout?
During the sale, all other codes and offers will be temporarily disabled, as the Black Friday discounts are greater than any standard offer.
All regular codes will reactivate on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
Can I get a discount or free gift for an order placed BEFORE the sale?
Sale discounts and free gifts can only be applied to orders placed during the sale period. We do not make exceptions for this rule, because if we do it for one customer it wouldn’t be fair on all of the other customers who have purchased within days/hours of the sale going live.
How can I expedite my order if I have travel plans?
To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend:

✅ Priority Processing ($35): Your order is prioritised for dispatch.

✅ Express Post: Fastest shipping method through Australia Post.
Both can be selected together for the quickest delivery (approx. 2–4 business days if all items in stock).
While we always dispatch promptly, shipping times may extend during high-demand periods and up to date information is available on our Shipping page.
Can I get a refund if my order doesn’t arrive in time for travel?
We do not offer refunds for orders that are delayed by our couriers and/or that do not arrive in time for travel.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?
You can add additional items to your order or change your shipping details using our Order Edit Portal:

Will there be shipping or processing delays during the sale?
Yes, due to high demand, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Is free shipping available during the sale?
No all free shipping offers are paused during this promotion.

What is the return policy for sale items?
Our standard warranty policy applies.

I’ve ordered a preorder item—when will it arrive?
Check the product description page for the estimated arrival date.
Please note: the date shown is when the shipment is expected to arrive to our warehouse. Dispatch typically occurs a few days after arrival, followed by postage time.
I’m not sure if my item was on preorder—how can I check?
Preorder items are clearly labelled on our website:

The buy button will say “Preorder”.

You will be asked to tick a box to acknowledge that you are aware that the item is on preorder. Your order will not go through without ticking this box.
- Your confirmation email will have the word "preorder" under the product name.
Where is my order?
Check your order confirmation email (including junk/spam).
For dispatch timelines, refer to our Shipping Page, which reflects up to date warehouse processing times (up to 10 business days, or longer if your order contains preorder items).
Can I collect from the Melbourne Airport Store?
The Black Friday Sale is exclusive to online shoppers, this sale does not apply in store.
Will sold out items be restocked during the sale?
Some popular products may restock later in November/December, but restocks are not guaranteed. Once an item sells out, unless it offers a preorder, it is unlikely that the product will be restocked this year.
Can I use gift cards during the sale?
Yes, Kooshy Kids gift cards can be used to pay for sale orders.
What happens if I forget to enter the discount code?
Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts retroactively either before or during the sale period. Make sure you enter BLACKFRIDAY25 at checkout before completing your order. It is a very busy time for us and backdating discounts will not be permitted.
Do you ship internationally during the sale?
Yes, international shipping remains available. Delivery timeframes vary by country and may be longer due to global Black Friday demand.
