What an awesome company. I ordered soft headphones for my 22 month old grandson who is seriously ill in hospital. He wakes in the night and becomes unsettled but can't watch anything to help him settle as videos are too noisy on the children's ward through the night. I purchased the priority processing but didnt see the option for Express shipping. I called the company immediately and explained the situation and was told by a very helpful lady that I'd missed the cut off for Express shipping but that she'd go pack the order herself and take it to the post office herself. The parcel was delivered this morning, less than 20 hours after ordering and inside along with what I ordered was a few little touches that brought both myself and my daughter to tears. Buy from this company!!! We need more people like them in our World. Hats off to Australia Post too, delivering from QLD to Sydney in this timeframe is impressive.
I wasn’t sure whether to purchase the Kooshy Kids Kooshion. To be honest it seemed kind of expensive and my airline (Air NZ) hadn’t officially approved it. My child is also too tall to lie completely flat with it. It seemed like a risk! However, it was absolutely amazing. I inflated it after we took off and she fell asleep immediately. She slept for ten hours straight! It was so much more comfortable for me too. I could put my feet on it…Three of us were using it at one stage! It. Once we were all settled in with blankets etc none of the crew even noticed it. I would definitely recommend this product for long flights.

The kooshin is such a great idea! It made life a little easier on our trip. Unfortunately, Air NZ doesn't accept it. We got a couple of hours use from it though. Great product.
Bought the unicorn flight pack for little miss’ birthday. Immediately used it that night in bed. Slept all night long! And the blanket actually glows in the dark, massive surprise 🥳 The Kooshion worked well on Singapore Airlines. She was living her best life. Helped keep my legs up too!
Bought the kooshion for our most recent holiday as our 4yr old struggles to sit still and I knew 9hours on a plane wasn’t going to be easy. After travelling with the kooshion I will never travel any other way!! First flight he slept 8 of the 9hours after laying down snuggled up with his fox headphones and iPad & on our way home he slept the entire flight(wheels up-wheels down - 8 hours) as again I made sure he was warm, comfy and able to lay down. Made our travel so much easier and stress free.
