Please keep the following in mind once you receive notification that your order has been shipped.
GAP does not cover the costs associated with returns if you either reject your package due to duties/taxes or if you fail to check the tracking and do not collect your order from the collection point, before it is returned to us.
If you are charged duties, please pay them and email us the receipt for reimbursement up to $100 AUD.
Once you receive shipping notification from us, you are responsible for checking your tracking regularly and should you notice that your order is at a collection point, you should have it collected immediately or contact the collection point, as it is often returned to us after only 5 days. If returned to us, you are liable for all of the costs including return postage, rejection fee and administration costs. You must also pay for the order to be reshipped as your order cannot be cancelled.
Absolutely loved the self inflating option! I don’t have my flight until September and used it at movies for my kids and my daughter slept so well there (she doesn’t last a whole movie), and my son was so comfortable. Worked like a recliner. Looking forward to using it in the plane! Highly recommend

I purchased for my 8 year old daughter who suffered on a previous flight with extreme pain and restless legs.
Using the kooshion was the best, she had no pain this flight and slept the whole way. Enough room for my legs to rest aswell. Was last minute purchase before trip and the staff were great, used priority and fast shipping and arrived just in time before our flight.

Seriously the best idea! Flying to Canada with a 2 year old. 14 hours direct flight. We used it like a double bed so I could lay on the chairs and she could lay on the kooshy and we could snug ❤️

So glad that we’ve purchased the Kooshion for our upcoming trip (our first flight for the little man). We’ve already started practicing using it at home and he loves it. I’ve now taken to using it as a foot rest under my desk in the meantime ;)
Our travel tray is already in full use in the car. We don’t use screens out of the house so it’s made keeping our son occupied a lot easier.
These are such great products. I’m already far more relaxed thinking about our 5 hour flight with a 2 year old.
