BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2024 FAQs

When does the sale start?
Our biggest-ever Black Friday sale kicks off at 9:00 AM AEST / 10:00 AM AEDT on November 11th. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on all sale offers.

What discounts are available during Black Friday?
We’re offering site-wide discounts of up to 70%. Additionally, orders over $175 (excluding shipping) will receive a complimentary gift/s. Gifts may vary throughout the sale based on availability, without prior notice. There may also be other offers and discounts throughout the sale. 

How can I prepare for the sale?
To ensure you don’t miss out, add your desired items to your cart before the sale begins. When the sale goes live, refresh your page to see all discounts and offers automatically applied to your cart.

Why isn’t my discount code working at checkout?
During the Black Friday Sale, regular discount codes are deactivated because our site-wide discounts offer greater savings. Discount codes will be reactivated on December 3rd, 2024.

Can I get a discount or free gift for an order placed before the sale?
No, we cannot apply sale discounts or gifts to orders made prior to the sale. We encourage you to browse our site and place a new order during the sale to take advantage of the offers.

How can I expedite my order if I have travel plans?
Choose Priority Processing ($35) and Express Post to receive your order within 2-4 business days.
Note: Priority Processing speeds up dispatch, while Express Post accelerates delivery. Both services may be necessary for time-sensitive orders. Delivery cannot be guaranteed by a specific date due to increased volume during the sale.

Can I get a refund if my order doesn’t arrive in time for travel?
We do not offer refunds or returns for orders that do not arrive by your travel date. If you have upcoming travel, email us for updates on processing times. Choosing Priority Processing and Express Post gives your order the best chance of arriving quickly.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?
Yes, you can add items or update your shipping details via our Order Edit portal at www.kooshykids.com.au/edit. Changes can only be made until the order is dispatched. Once sent, no modifications can be made. Please note that if your original order did not meet the free gift threshold and you add to your order and it makes it go over the free ship threshold, you will not be entitled to the free gift. The free gift can only be added when the original order is over the free gift threshold.

Why does my order not include the free gift?
You must select "add gift" and select the colour.  You should also check the final checkout page to see that the gift/s are added. If your order confirmation does not include the gift/s then it means that you did not add it correctly or it was removed due to changing your cart's total. If you receive your order and realise that you did not check your order confirmation (and the gift was not included) you can contact us and pay to have the gift sent to you (pay postage only). This is subject to the gift's availability. 

Why is there a charge for the complimentary gift?
If your order qualifies, the free gift will be will show in the cart where you can select the colour that you wish to receive. You must select "add gift" for it to be added to your order. Ensure the gift remains in your cart at the final checkout screen; if removed, and you checkout without it, we are unable to add it after your order has been dispatched. Additionally the gift may not be reinstated due to stock limitations. Please note that free gifts are subject to availability and may change according to stock. 

Will there be shipping or processing delays during the sale?
Processing times may extend up to 10 business days due to high demand. We will try and keep you updated on the estimated processing times on the Black Friday Shipping Info page.

Is free shipping available during the sale?
Our usual free shipping threshold does not apply. With discounts up to 70%, we cannot absorb the cost of shipping as we typically do during non-sale periods.

Do I need a discount code for the Black Friday Sale?
No, all discounts are pre-applied to the items. Eligible orders will have free gifts automatically added to the cart.

What is the return policy for Black Friday Sale items?
Our standard return policy applies: returns are accepted only for faulty items under warranty. For more information, refer to our full Terms and Conditions.

 

50/50 SALE FAQs

 

What is the 50/50 Sale?
The 50/50 Sale is a special promotion where all products are 50% off for 50 minutes. It will take place on November 28th, 2024 in Australia and is accessible world-wide. 

When does the 50/50 Sale start?
The 50/50 Sale will begin at 8:00 PM AEDT (Sydney time) on November 28th, which corresponds to 1:00 AM PST / 4:00 AM EST on November 28th in the USA.

Can I combine the 50/50 Sale discount with other offers?
No, the 50% discount during the 50/50 Sale cannot be combined with other promotions or free gifts.

How should I prepare for the 50/50 Sale?
Add your desired items to your cart before the sale starts. Once it goes live, the discount will automatically apply. Sign up for our VIP list to receive a reminder when  the 50/50 Sale begins.

What if I've ordered already and prefer the 50/50 sale?
It's great that you have received a bargain already. Of course you are welcome to shop again, but we cannot retrospectively apply and discounts or offers.  

How should I prepare for the 50/50 Sale?

What if a product that I want has a higher discount than 50% in the Black Friday Sale?
Every product will be the RRP minus 50% during the specified timeframe. It is recommended that you purchase the other item separately before the 50/50 sale.
