When will the special pricing for the Mid Year Bundles be available?
The special pricing of 40% -50% off, applies only to the Mid Year Bundles. Quantities are very limited and it's a first-come, first-served offer. The Bundles will be available until sold out and will not be restocked.
Why is the free gift being removed from my cart?
This will only happen if you do not meet the criteria for the free gift: $150 spend and you cannot use it with a discount code...the system only allows for one promotion per order.
What is the current processing time?
We are excited to tell you that we have almost finished moving warehouse, so the current processing time is only 1-3 business days!!! Choose Priority Processing for same day dispatch (before 12pm AEST).
Can I cancel or return my order to take advantage of this promotion?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
Can I use a discount code or voucher on the Mid Year Bundles?
The Mid Year Bundles already come with exclusive pricing and special offers, including a fantastic free gift. Therefore, they are not eligible for additional discounts or the use of the $50 voucher issued during our Birthday Sale.
Can I swap an item in the bundle for something else?
The bundles are pre-packaged with a specific selection of our top products to offer the best value. Because of this, we cannot make substitutions or changes to the items included in these bundles.
I need my order delivered by a specific date for an upcoming trip. What can I do?
To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please add Priority Processing and choose Express Post at checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can upgrade to these options by visiting www.kooshykids.com.au/edit. This will help prioritise your shipment once we resume dispatching.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Currently, we have temporarily disabled the local pickup option due to our warehouse move. We expect to resume local pickups in early July. In the meantime, we recommend adding Priority Processing and selecting Express Post at checkout to receive your order as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order if it is not received in time for my trip?
As per our terms and conditions, we do not offer returns or refunds if your order does not arrive in time for travel. To help ensure timely delivery, we recommend selecting both Priority Processing and Express Post at checkout for expedited shipping.
