What is the Free Kooshy Cash Promotion?

It's a special Christmas present promo, where customers who spend $200 (subtotal, excuding shipping and insurance) or more on www.kooshykids.com.au receive $100 in Kooshy Kids credit.

When does this promotion run? From 25th December 2023 to 31st December 2023, ending at 11:59 pm AEST.

How can I qualify for this promotion? Simply spend at least $200 (subtotal - excluding shipping and insurance) on our website. Make sure you have an account with Kooshy Kids and are logged into the account when you make your order.

How do I receive my Kooshy Kids credit? Once your purchase is confirmed (you need to be logged into your customer account before you make the purchase), we’ll pop $100 credit into your Kooshy Kids account. Check your email (and even the junk folder) for the confirmation. 

How do I use my Kooshy Kids credit?

Simply login to your account on our website, add the item/s you want to your cart and then look for the box that shows your credit total, click on it and slide across to choose how much of your credit you wish to use.

Then at checkout, you can use another payment method to make up the difference if you spend over the $100 . Unused credit will be forfeited and change from the $100 credit will not be given in any form. 

Can I transfer my Kooshy Kids credit to someone else? Nope, the credit is just for you and can’t be passed on.

Can I use my credit for another order that is over $200 and be entitled to another $100 credit?

Clever, but no, we're hot onto this. This promo and credits earned cannot be stacked credit will be cancelled as well as other orders attributed to it. 

What’s the deadline for using my credit? Use your credit by 11:59pm AEST 31st December 2023 – don’t miss out!

What if I don’t use all my credit at once? Any leftover credit will be forfeited. If the entire $100 is not redeemed, the reminder will be forfeited. As soon as the promo ends, your account credit will be $0,00 and this expiry time cannot be extended for any reason. 

Can I use the credit for shipping costs? Yes, the credit will cover shipping costs, but not for insurance (transit cover/GAP). 

What if I return something I bought during the promotion? If you return/cancel items bought during the promo, we will revoke your credit, if those returns bring your total spend to below the $200 qualifying amount.

What products are included in this promotion? All physical products available on our website are eligible for this awesome promotion.

Can I use another payment method along with my store credit? Absolutely! You can top up with another payment method if needed. Any unused credit will be forfeited.

Kooshy Kids Free Kooshy Cash Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: This promotion runs from 25th December 2023 to 31st December 2023, ending at 11:59 pm AEST.

Eligibility:

  1. Customers must spend a minimum of $200 AUD (subtotal, excluding shipping costs and shipping insurances) on www.kooshykids.com.au to be eligible for this promotion.
  2. This promo cannot be stacked and if we discover that this has been done, the new free credit (and any subsequent orders where this was used) will be void.  (By stacked we are referring to using your credit to spend another $200 and therefore gaining subsequent credits). 
  3. A customer account on the Kooshy Kids website must be created prior to making the initial purchase. Customers who fail to create a Kooshy Kids account and are not logged in when they make the intiial purchase will not receive the credits. The credits cannot be applied retrospectively. 
  4. Customers whose orders do meet the $200 spend threshold, regardless of how close they are, or whether they purchased insurance that got them over the $200 total, are not eligible for the $100 credit. 
  5. The promotion is valid for the duration specified and cannot be extended.

Kooshy Kids Credit:

  1. Eligible customers will receive $100 AUD in Kooshy Kids credit in their Kooshy Kids customer account.
  2. The credit will be added to the customer's account upon confirmation of the qualifying purchase (providing the initial purchase was made whilst logged into the customer account). 
  3. Customers should check their email, including junk mail, for confirmation of credit allocation.
  4. This credit must be redeemed on www.kooshykids.com.au before the end of the promotion period. Expired credits cannot be reissued for any reason. 

Using Store Credit:

  1. To use the store credit, select 'Store Credit' as the form of payment at checkout.
  2. Store Credit can be combined with other discounts or offers available on the website.
  3. The $100 credit is only valid for one purchase, and if not used in full in the one order, unused credit will be forfeited. 

General Terms:

  1. The Kooshy Cash credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. The amounts in this promotion are in AUD. 
  3. The credit is valid only for the duration of the promotion and will expire if not used within the specified period. Under no circumstances can the expiry date be extended. 
  4. If your order does not qualify due to not meeting the minimum spend, you may not add additional items after the order has been confirmed and you have received an order confirmation. 
  5. Kooshy Kids reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Kooshy Kids shall be final and binding.
  7. If we discover that the credit has been provided to you by error, we reserve the right to cancel your credit. 
  8. No orders are permitted to be cancelled during the promotion period under any circumstances, regardless of the reason. 
  9. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Please note "insurance" refers to the shipping insurances that we offer; GAP and Transit Cover.
