IF IT IS NOT TURNING ON:

Charge the pump for 2-3 hours max. It might be out of power reserve.
Please note that the provided charging cord MUST be used. Even if they are of the same type, other cords won't function. Other cords can have too little or too much voltage, but the one provided has the right amount to charge and work.
- For initial use, please double-click the on button quickly to take the pump out of safety mode. This should activate the pump for you.
- Click it quite a few times (up to 15), then try double clicking to start it. This might kick the pump into gear.
If the pump still does not turn on after following these steps, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. They will be able to provide additional troubleshooting tips or arrange for a replacement if necessary.
SMART PUMP PRO 2 INFLATION MODE:
The Smart Pump Pro offers two inflation modes: a faster mode that produces more noise and a slightly slower mode that is quieter.
- Double-clicking the on button will activate the faster mode.
- Double-clicking the on button and then long-pressing it again will put it in quiet mode.
It's important to note that all battery-powered pumps generate some level of noise. However, rest assured that the noise level of the Smart Pump Pro is around 75 decibels, which is designed to minimize disturbance while efficiently inflating your items.
When used on a plane, the noise from any pump is usually muffled to some extent by the sound of the plane's engines. It's worth mentioning that with the Smart Pump Pro's faster inflation speed, the noise duration is reduced, resulting in a shorter overall noise exposure.
